Content Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Invitify is used to publish real events - invitations, descriptions, and photos that guests will see. This policy explains what content isn't allowed on the platform and how we screen for it. It sits alongside, and is part of, our Terms of Service.

What we screen

Before an image is stored, and before an event is published, its content is checked automatically:

This is automated and happens in the moment - there is no delay while a person reviews your content before it goes live.

What isn't allowed

You may not upload or publish content that:

This list is about the content itself. Rules about how you use Invitify more broadly - spam, illegal activity, harvesting guest data - are covered in Terms of Service, section 3.

What happens if content is rejected

Flagged images are never stored, and flagged events cannot be published - both are rejected before anyone else can see them, and you'll be asked to change the content and try again. Guests never see rejected content.

We may also remove already-published content or suspend an account if it's later found to violate this policy, particularly for repeated violations or anything involving minors.

Reporting content

If you come across content on Invitify that shouldn't be there, email info@invitify.co.uk with a link or enough detail to find it. Reports are reviewed by a person, and we can act quickly where needed.

Think we got it wrong?

Automated screening isn't perfect. If your content was rejected and you believe that was a mistake, email info@invitify.co.uk and we'll take a look.

Changes

We may update this policy as Invitify grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
