Will you attend?
A 30th is often the first birthday that feels like a real milestone, and the one where friends are spread furthest apart. University friends live in different cities, some have started families, and a few are working weekends.
So the plan for a 30th is more ambitious than a few drinks: a dinner, a big night out, sometimes a weekend away. That only works if people can see the details early, say yes quickly, and know what it'll cost. A proper invite page does all three.
How it works
1. Pick a design and add your details
Choose a template, then add the date, venue and anything guests need to know. It takes a few minutes.
2. Share one link
Send it by email, text or WhatsApp, or let Invitify email your guest list for you.
3. Watch the replies come in
RSVPs, dietary needs and plus-ones land in one guest list, with reminders sent for you.

I'm turning 30 and I'm not doing it quietly! Join me for drinks, dinner and dancing at The Garden Room on Saturday 21 August from 6.30pm. RSVP by 7 August.
Join us for a birthday dinner to celebrate Sophie's 30th. Saturday 21 August, 7pm, The Garden Room, Richmond. Please choose your meal when you reply.
For my 30th I've booked a house in Cornwall for the weekend of 20-22 August and I want you there. It's about £150 each for two nights - reply by 30 June so I can confirm rooms.
Officially too old to stay out past midnight, officially too young to admit it. Come and celebrate my 30th anyway!
Planning tips
Send invites 4–6 weeks ahead
Friends scattered across the country need time to plan travel. For a weekend away, give at least two to three months' notice and say the rough cost up front.
Be upfront about costs
If guests are paying for dinner, tickets or accommodation, say roughly how much in the invite. Nobody likes a surprise bill, and clarity gets you faster yeses.
Set a firm RSVP deadline
Restaurants and bars want numbers early for group bookings. Two weeks before the date is a sensible deadline for most 30ths.
Plan for plus-ones
At 30, many guests have partners you've met once or twice. Decide whether plus-ones are welcome and let guests add their partner's name when they reply.
Share the plan for the night
Moving between venues? Add a simple itinerary with times and addresses so latecomers can find you.
Use one link, not five group chats
Share the invite link everywhere you'd normally message people. Updates go on the invite page, so everyone sees the same information.

Common questions
How far in advance should you send 30th birthday invitations?
Four to six weeks for a local party or dinner. For a weekend away or anything that involves booking travel, send a save-the-date two to three months before and the full invite with costs as soon as you have them.
What should a 30th birthday invite say?
Your name, the date and start time, the venue (or first venue if you're moving around), dress code, the RSVP deadline and any costs guests need to cover. Add whether partners are invited and a rough plan for the night.
How do I ask guests to pay for their own dinner?
Be direct and friendly: 'Dinner is about £40 a head, payable on the night' or 'I'll book the table - please bring cash or card for your own food and drinks.' Saying it in the invite avoids any awkwardness later.
What are good 30th birthday party ideas?
Popular choices are a private room at a favourite restaurant, a bar takeover, a themed house party, a boozy brunch, or a weekend away in a rented house. Whatever you choose, the invite should make the plan and the cost clear.
Can guests RSVP without creating an account?
Yes. Guests open the link and reply in seconds - no sign-up needed.
