Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
Welcome to Invitify. By accessing or using our event management and RSVP platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Invitify allows users (“hosts”) to create events, invite guests, and collect RSVPs. Guests can view event details and submit RSVP responses without creating an account.
Invitify is currently provided free of charge during a testing/beta period. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll give existing users notice before any charges apply to their account.
2. Accounts
To create events, you must sign up for an account via our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invitify to:
- Send spam, unsolicited, or deceptive invitations
- Host or promote illegal activity
- Harass, abuse, or collect data about guests beyond what's needed for the event
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the event content you create (descriptions, images, guest lists). By uploading content, you grant Invitify a license to host, store, and display it as needed to provide the Service.
5. Guest data
If you collect guest information (names, emails, RSVPs, dietary requirements) through Invitify, you are responsible for using that information lawfully and respecting your guests' privacy. Invitify acts as a data processor on your behalf for this guest data.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. Kinde for authentication, Resend for email delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, once all of your events are archived. You can also contact us at info@invitify.co.uk for help.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
