Will you attend?
A 21st is often the party where two worlds meet. On one side there are parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. On the other, school friends and university mates who may be travelling in from all over the country.
The two groups have very different habits. Family reply properly and early, while friends say 'probably' in a group chat and then forget. A single invite page with an RSVP deadline gets both into one list, so you can give the venue a real number.
How it works
1. Pick a design and add your details
Choose a template, then add the date, venue and anything guests need to know. It takes a few minutes.
2. Share one link
Send it by email, text or WhatsApp, or let Invitify email your guest list for you.
3. Watch the replies come in
RSVPs, dietary needs and plus-ones land in one guest list, with reminders sent for you.

Planning tips
Send invites 4–6 weeks ahead
University term dates and exams can rule out whole weekends. Check the calendar and send invites a month or more ahead so friends can plan the trip home.
Plan for two crowds
If family and friends are both invited, think about timing - an early-evening buffet for everyone, then music and dancing later. Put the running order in the invite.
Get a real headcount
Function rooms and caterers charge per head. Set a deadline two weeks before and send a reminder to anyone who hasn't replied - friends are notorious for leaving it late.
Help travelling guests
Share nearby accommodation, the last train home or a taxi number. It's the difference between 'can't make it' and 'see you there'.
Be clear about plus-ones
Partners of friends can quickly double the numbers. Decide early and state it plainly.
Ask about dietary needs
If there's a buffet, a dietary field means vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options are planned in from the start.

Common questions
How far in advance should 21st birthday invitations be sent?
Four to six weeks for most parties. If lots of guests are at university or travelling, send it earlier and check term and exam dates before you fix the date.
What should a 21st birthday invitation include?
The birthday person's name, who's hosting, the date, start and finish times, venue address, dress code, RSVP deadline and whether plus-ones are invited. If there's food, add a dietary question.
Who usually hosts a 21st birthday party?
It's often parents or family, especially for a bigger party with relatives - but plenty of people host their own. Whoever hosts, put their name on the invite so guests know who to contact.
How do I get friends to actually RSVP?
Give a clear deadline, make replying take seconds, and send a reminder a few days before the deadline. A link they can tap from any chat app gets far more replies than 'let me know'.
Can guests RSVP without creating an account?
Yes. Guests open the link and reply - no account or app needed.
