Managing your account
Update your profile details and understand what's tied to your account email.
Your account details live in Settings, accessible from the dashboard sidebar.
What you can update
- First name and family name - shown on your account and used in account-related communication.
- Profile information is saved immediately when you choose Save changes.
Changing your account email
Your account email can't be changed directly from the Settings page, since it's tied to how you sign in. Contact support if you need to update it - we'll help move your events and contacts across to the new address.
Note that your account email is different from the email addresses of the guests you invite. Updating one does not affect the other.
