Managing your guest list

Add, edit, and remove guests, and understand RSVP statuses.

Your guest list lives on each event. You can add guests while building your event in the create-event wizard, or afterwards from the event's guest list tab.

Adding guests

  • Add guests one at a time with a name and email address (and phone number, if you plan to send SMS invites).
  • Pick guests from your saved contacts to avoid retyping details for people you invite often.
  • Remove a guest at any time - this also removes any RSVP they've submitted for that event.

RSVP statuses

  • Pending - the guest has been invited but hasn't responded yet.
  • Attending - the guest has confirmed they're coming.
  • Declined - the guest has let you know they can't make it.
