Archiving or canceling an event
How to take an event out of your active list, and what archiving does and doesn't do.
When an event is finished, cancelled, or no longer needed, you can archive it from the event's settings tab.
What archiving does
- Moves the event into the Archived tab on your dashboard, out of your active events list.
- Keeps the guest list, RSVPs, and reminder history attached to the event for your records.
- Does not automatically notify guests - if you're cancelling an event guests have already RSVPed to, message them directly first.
Archiving is reversible from your dashboard's Archived tab. If you're planning to delete your account, every event must be archived first.
Need an event removed permanently rather than archived? Contact support and we can help with permanent deletion.
