Publishing your event & pricing
How pay-per-event pricing works and what happens when you publish.
Invitify uses simple pay-per-event pricing - there's no subscription. You can build your event, configure RSVP settings, add guests, and preview your invite for free.
You only pay when you're ready to publish and send invites to your guests.
What happens when you publish
- Your event status changes from Draft to Published.
- Your invite link goes live and becomes shareable.
- If you chose to send invites automatically, your guests receive their invitation by email (and SMS, if enabled).
- Guests can start responding, and RSVPs appear on your dashboard in real time.
Standard vs Premium
Premium adds extra features such as meal choice collection, guest list exports, and additional branding options. You can choose your tier during checkout, and upgrade later if you started on Standard.
Drafts you never publish don't cost anything and can be deleted at any time from your dashboard.
