Customizing your RSVP form
Configure response options, plus-ones, dietary requirements, meal choices, and reminders.
The RSVP settings step controls what your guests are asked when they respond to your invite, and what reminders are sent automatically.
Response options
By default guests can reply Attending, Maybe, or Can't make it. You can turn off any of these if you only want to allow firm yes/no answers.
Plus-ones and dietary requirements
- Allow plus-ones - lets guests bring an additional person and tell you who that person is.
- Collect dietary requirements - adds a free-text field so guests can note allergies or preferences.
- Collect meal choice - lets you define specific meal options (for example, Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian) that guests pick from when they RSVP.
Reminders
Invitify can automatically send reminder emails relative to your RSVP deadline and your event date - for example, 7 days before the RSVP deadline, or 1 day before the event. Toggle each reminder on or off to suit your event.
An RSVP deadline is suggested automatically based on your event date and type, but you can adjust it. Reminders are scheduled relative to this deadline.
You can revisit RSVP settings any time before publishing. After publishing, some settings can still be updated from your event's settings tab - see "Editing a published event".
