An RSVP isn't showing up
What to check if a guest says they've responded but you can't see it.
If a guest believes they've submitted an RSVP but it isn't appearing on your dashboard, here's how to track down what happened.
1. Confirm they used the correct invite link
RSVPs are tied to a specific event. If a guest used an old link, a link from a different event, or a link shared by someone else, their response may have been recorded against the wrong event - or not at all.
2. Refresh your guest list
RSVP statuses update on your dashboard as guests respond. If you had the page open while the guest was responding, refresh to pull the latest statuses.
3. Check whether they completed the form
If your event collects extra details such as dietary requirements, meal choice, or plus-one information, ask the guest to confirm they reached the final confirmation step of the RSVP form rather than closing the page partway through.
If a guest's status still shows Pending after they're confident they've responded, ask them to try again from your event's invite link, then check your guest list again after a minute or two.
If the issue continues, contact support with the guest's name, email address, and event name so we can look into it.
